Recipe testing
Recipe testing is paramount to an enduring cookbook, and fully tested, print-ready recipes provide you with peace of mind at the end of the day. I evaluate your recipes, identify problems (in the ingredients, quantities, methodology, result, and/or flavour), and recommend improvements.
Editing
From substantive editing to copyediting to proofreading, the editorial process ensures that your text and recipes are clear, concise, and easy to follow. As an editor with experience on both sides of the Atlantic, I can also Anglicize, Americanize, and work with both metric and imperial measurements.
Recipe development
With a culinary degree and a passion for food and cooking, I enjoy creating recipes as I much as I do editing them. I can develop delicious recipes based on style, ingredients, price, audience, and nutritional specifications.
